Some of the advantages of JavaScript are its large and active community, rich set of libraries and frameworks, and support for asynchronous and event-driven programming. Some of the disadvantages of JavaScript are its lack of strong typing, inconsistent syntax, and security issues¹².
• Python: Python is a high-level, interpreted, and general-purpose programming language that emphasizes readability, simplicity, and productivity. Python can be used for web development with frameworks like Django and Flask. Python is known for its large and diverse standard library, its rich set of third-party libraries and frameworks, and its support for multiple programming paradigms such as imperative, functional, object-oriented, and procedural. Some of the advantages of Python are its easy syntax, rapid prototyping, and cross-platform compatibility. Some of the disadvantages of Python are its slow execution speed, lack of strong typing, and indentation-based syntax¹².
• PHP: PHP is a server-side scripting language that is widely used for web development, especially for creating dynamic and data-driven web pages. PHP can be embedded in HTML or used with frameworks like Laravel and Symfony. PHP is known for its popularity, ease of use, and integration with databases. Some of the advantages of PHP are its low learning curve, large and active community, and support for multiple web servers. Some of the disadvantages of PHP are its inconsistent syntax, lack of security features, and poor performance¹².

RBI के द्वारा जारी किया गया नया नियम क्या है

आरबीआई ने क्रेडिट कार्ड यूपीआई के संबंध में एक नया नियम जारी किया है इस नियम के मुताबिक अगर आप क्रेडिट कार्ड और यूपीआई के माध्यम से ₹20000 का लेनदेन करते हैं तो आपको उसके ऊपर कोई भी फीस देने की जरूरत नहीं है |

4 अक्टूबर से नियम लागू होंगे

आरबीआई के द्वारा 4 अक्टूबर को सभी बैंकों को एक सर्कुलर जारी कर कर इस बात की सूचना दी जाएगी और सभी को इसका पालन करना होगा |

2,000 या इससे कम की राशि पर लागू

आरबीआई ने कहा है कि अगर कोई भी कस्टमर 20000 रुपए का लेन-देन करता है या उससे कम का लेन-देन करता है तो ऐसे में उस पर किसी प्रकार का अतिरिक्त शुल्क नहीं लिया जाएगा |आरबीआई ने अपने आधिकारिक बयान में कहा है कि कस्टमर अगर यूपीआई को अपने क्रेडिट कार्ड से ऐड करता है और उसे किसी प्रकार का लेन-देन करता है तो ऐसी स्थिति में उसे कोई भी अतिरिक्त चार्ज देने की जरूरत नहीं है 

आरबीआई ने यह भी कहा कि सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे ध्यान दें और इस परिपत्र की सामग्री को संबंधित हितधारकों के ध्यान में लाएं। आरबीआई के डिप्टी गवर्नर टी रविशंकर ने पहले कहा था, “क्रेडिट कार्ड को यूपीआई से जोड़ने का उद्देश्य ग्राहक को भुगतान विकल्पों का व्यापक विकल्प प्रदान करना है। वर्तमान में UPI डेबिट कार्ड के माध्यम से बचत खाते या चालू खाते से जुड़ा हुआ है।
